Hong Kong . 深水埗福榮街 . 添好運港式點心專門店

11:00AM in the morning and we are standing just right opposite at one of the most renowned Hong Kong Style Dim Sum Store. 添好运港式点心专门店. This store is located just right at the 深水埗福荣街  Fuk Wing Street. Always Hong Kong people like to say 喝杯茶吃个包 and here we are, to have our very first Dim Sum in Hong Kong... We took our queuing number and took us almost 15 minutes to be seated but we do not have our own table, we are arranged to be seated with 2 uncle in front of us at a very small square table. The Dim Sum we ordered flooded the whole table...

Here is our ordered and this is the Lotus Leaf Rice 荷叶饭.

This is definitely delicious Shrimps Dumpling 虾饺.

Also we ordered ourselves a plate of Fried Spring Rolls 炸春卷.

Well, this is something you never want to miss it when you are at the Hong Kong Style Dim Sum Store... This is a one fine plate of Hong Kong Style Chee Cheong Fun 港式猪肠粉. It contain some Cha Siew 叉烧 inside it.

Yes, it is the Cha Siew Bao 叉烧包... I was wondering if I ordered the wrong thing, but it seem to be look like this. I was thinking why it is not white in color like the one we always had in Malaysia... Erm, that is not the main point, what is most important is whether it is tasty or not...

Yes, it quite nice and I love it...

This is another kind of Dumpling which serve with Pork inside it, and we call it 烧卖 in Chinese...

Oh, for the last ordered we get ourselves a plate of Steam Pork Rack 蒸排骨. This is way too smooth for my bite and I love it so much...

Everything is just nice for my conclusion but what draw me back is, you definitely have to stand outside the store for quite a duration to be seated... and properly you will not have your own table and you are required to share with strangers... Perhaps it been just a normal practice for all people living in Hong Kong and also you are kind of rushing off by the waitress after you have finished your food...
