Macau . Casade Cha Long Wa . 澳门龙华茶楼

Walk through the Market, we crossed the Streets, our purpose is to visit this Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant  龙华茶楼 which located near to the Market Street or to be more precise it is located at 筷子基提督市北街. The Restaurant was established at Year 1962 which is elder than me... Currently under supervision of a owner who really has his passion into photography...

The Signage of the restaurant still remain the very traditional style combination with small marble wall...

While I on my way walking up to the restaurant, I found out many photos displaying on the wall... Before I'm here, I was told that the owner really put his time and passionate into photography and he really happy that you holding your camera walking into the restaurant...
When you are here, you are not only enjoying the food and drinks, also the very traditional atmosphere inside the restaurant, I should using the word of 昔日情怀.

Oh, by the way, you have to choose your favorite dim sum to be cook and serve.

Never forget to mention, the owner also a Chinese Tea lover, many different kind of the Tea leaf here displaying, somehow selling is not the main purposes of the owner... perhaps for the Bosom friend...

旧式的座椅,见证这时代的变迁,回忆过去的情怀。。。

Nowadays you may found some Chinese Dim Sum restaurant serving with plastic Dim Sum container, but here you still can seeing the owner insist using the very traditional hand made container to serve the Dim Sum, as what I know why this is still welcome by all the passionate owner who like to serve the best to the customer it is because the traditional container made by the bamboo and able to preserve the taste and quality of the Dim Sum during the Steaming process.

During our visit here, we also witnesses AEC here doing their documentary filming.

The elder ones enjoying their pleasure time here...

Sometimes it is really hard to descript with word but it is simple to shown in pictures... as always people said, a picture is more than a thousand words... so I always like to put more pictures than word...
